Jennifer returns for her 4th year as Artistic Director for Summer Stars. Downs herself was a Hawaii Childrens Theatre performer 12 years ago when HCT performed at The Edinburgh Theatre Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. She will direct INTO THE WOODS, and manage both programs.

Downs draws on 24 years of experience in theatre, with a 2003 theatre degree from Cornish College of the Arts, in Seattle, WA. Last year she Directed HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL which was so popular it was brought back for 3 encore performances at KCC.
